Game: Captain Tsubasa III Platform: SNES Early Captain Tsubasa games, made before 1995 for NES, GameBoy and SNES by Tecmo were football/soccer games, but very different from series like FIFA or PES. If you could imagine a mix between a sport game and a japanese tactical RPG, it would be Captain Tsubasa. Starting from CT3 the gameplay was a bit more dynamic (NES games had 'I move, you move, I move, you move' type of movement on the pitch), but it still had active pauses where you could choose what you want to do, special techniques requiring considerable amount of energy etc. These techniques were quite flashy too, as in all other games in the series - multiplying or disappearing ball was nothing out of common. Tracks presented here obviously aren't the whole soundtrack. I advise to listen to the rest too, because CT3 has one of the best soundtrack in the early CT games, second only to CT2 in my opinion.
